Dear Friends: On Friday, January 17, we received the official documentation from the Connecticut Office of Health Strategy (OHS) that our Certificate of Need (CON) application has been approved! Right now, we are in the “celebration” stage. We wanted to let you know ASAP so you can celebrate with us.
